Beck Gipson

Beck Gipson's advantage in this industry is one of familiarity with the Texas Hill Country.  Beck was raised on a ranch in Mason County, graduated from Mason High School, was a decorated helicopter pilot in the Vietnam conflict and then graduated from Texas Tech with a BS degree plan focused on rural-socio economics.  He has thiry-five years of local real estate experience as a loan officer, an interim inspector, a real estate appraiser, a real estate investor, a buyer's agent and ranch management of a small registered Brangus cattle operation.  Other related activities that add to his knowledge and experience include former board and officer participation with City of Kerrville Planning and Zoning, the San Antonio chapter of The Appraisal Institute, the Kerrville Board of Realtors and the Upper Guadalupe River Authority.
